Sara Micciche (pronounced Mih-Chee-Chee) is an illustrator, designer, and sculptor living in massachusetts. in 2021, sara received a bfa in illustration, with a minor in sculpture from The massachusetts college of art and design.
sara loves creating artwork that is bright, humorous, full of color, and most importantly, FUN! She works mainly in gouache and colored pencil, creating complex scenes that show action, tells a story, and overall elicits a sense of wonder. Drawing her inspiration from topics that are not widely depicted, and sometimes seen as weird, she turns them into colorful scenes that pull you in. Sara often is thinking about the combination of her interests in illustration and sculpture by creating 2-D and 3-D work that bridges that gap. Along with this, she also has a love for hand lettering and design.
