The show must go on

"The show must go on" is my Bfa illustration thesis work that is based around my experience with depression and anxiety, while using the grandiose and performative aspects of the circus as analogy. Each painting is made with gouache and colored pencil, with selective, collaged cut outs of certain elements to highlight the drama of each piece. incorporating 3d elements to my thesis was important to me to give the viewer a more comprehensive experience.
